1. How to Set Up Email in Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird

Setting Up Email in Outlook

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and go to File > Add Account.
  2. Select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
  3. Choose POP or IMAP and click Next.
  4. Enter your account details:
    1. Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
    2. Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
    3. Username: Your full email address.
    4. Password: Your email account password.
  5. Click More Settings > Outgoing Server, check "My outgoing server requires authentication."
  6. Under the Advanced tab:
    1. IMAP Port: 993 (SSL) or 143 (Non-SSL)
    2. SMTP Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
  7. Click OK > Next > Finish.

Setting Up Email in Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and go to Settings > Accounts and Import.
  2. Click Add a mail account.
  3. Enter your email address and click Next.
  4. Select Import emails from my other account (POP3) and click Next.
  5. Enter your email settings:
    1. POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
    2. Port: 995 (Use SSL)
    3. Username: Your full email address.
    4. Password: Your email account password.
  6. Click Add Account and follow additional steps if sending email through Gmail.
