3. How to Set Up & Manage Email Accounts

Creating an Email Account

  1. Log into Your Control Panel.
  2. Go to the Email Accounts Section.
  3. Click "Create New Email Account."
  4. Enter Your Desired Email Address and Password.
  5. Click "Create."

Accessing Your Email

  • Webmail: Visit webmail.yourdomain.com and log in with your credentials.
  • Email Clients (Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird): Use IMAP/POP3 settings found in your hosting dashboard.

Common Email Issues & Fixes

  • Can’t Send/Receive Emails? Check SMTP settings and spam filters.
  • Emails Going to Spam? Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
