Upgrading Your Hosting Plan

1. Log into your Zenith Web Hosting account.
2. Navigate to Services > Active Services.
3. Choose the hosting plan you want to upgrade.
4. Click Upgrade/Downgrade Plan.
5. Select your preferred plan and complete the upgrade.

Canceling a Hosting Plan

1. Go to Services > Active Services.
2. Click on the hosting plan you want to cancel.
3. Select Request Cancellation and provide a reason.
4. Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.
5. Confirm cancellation.
